michael at concierge was very helpful. aboo showed amazing customer service skills. ahlam and laila seemed like true hotel ambassadors. oshan gave great service at the restaurant.

i had a slight issue with the hot water taking a few minutes to arrive in the shower during the evenings. i believe this can be readily resolved by the facility.

The gym has updated equipment for cardio and strength training. a separate area for stretching and yoga. It's kept very clean. the outdoor pool area has comfortable loungers and umbrellas for shade. towel service is also available.

The breakfast buffet met expectations. It was adequate.

The check-in process was rather slow. i waited a full 15 minutes just to get my room key. Maybe they need more staff at the front desk? the room itself seemed a bit dated. The furniture looked like it had seen better days, and the carpet had some questionable stains. it really affected the overall impression, i must say.

My room was a Beautiful Twin Room Creek View. The hotel offered a daily shuttle to DCC Mall and Kite Beach. The gym was well-equipped and convenient for my workout routine.

Hot water took a while to arrive in the shower. I waited two to three minutes. Uber drivers sometimes had difficulty finding the entrance.
